Starting from January 1, 2024, consumed services will be priced with a VAT rate of 22%. Elisa will issue the first invoices with the new prices to private and business customers in February 2024. In January, the invoices issued to Elisa customers will still reflect the December VAT, so these invoices will still be at the "old" price (VAT 20%).
VAT remains unchanged for services with a 0% VAT rate (donation lines, insurance, and penalty fees). VAT also does not increase for services with a 9% VAT rate (Elisa Raamat).
The VAT rate increase applies from January 1, 2024, to all consumed services and purchased devices with a VAT rate of 20%. Rental prices for devices will also increase by the amount of the VAT rate increase.
The VAT rate increase applies from January 1, 2024, to calling card services, and from the same date, calling card services will be subject to the VAT rate increase.
We will notify all Elisa and ZEN calling card users via SMS to their calling card number.
Elisa internet card users will receive the notification in their self-service portal.
