Where do I find my PIN and PUK codes? Põhisisu algus

Your PIN and PUK codes are printed on your SIM card carrier.

  • For resetting your PIN code: enter an incorrect PIN code three times, after which you can unlock the SIM card using your PUK1 code and create a new PIN code.
  • The SIM card PIN and PUK codes are not the same as the Mobile ID service PIN and PUK codes.
  • The Mobile ID PIN and PUK codes are only printed on the Mobile ID SIM card carrier. If the SIM card carrier is lost, a new SIM card with a new Mobile ID service must be registered in an Elisa sales office. Because Mobile ID is a personal identification service, for security reasons, a new Mobile ID card must be purchased from an Elisa office
